Delivery Policy

This page explains how delivery works at ShopeMart. The charges and times below are the ones shown at checkout.

1. Delivery charge and time

Inside Dhaka City: ৳80, delivered in 2 to 3 working days. Outside Dhaka City: ৳150, delivered in 2 to 5 working days.

2. Free delivery

Orders of ৳7,000 or more (before delivery charge) get free delivery.

3. Payment

You pay cash on delivery, when your order arrives.

4. Before you confirm

Your delivery charge for the area you choose is shown at checkout before you place the order, so you always see the full amount first.

5. Following your order

After you log in, you can see your orders and their status under My Orders.

6. Questions
