Return & Exchange Policy

This page explains how returns and exchanges work at ShopeMart.

1. Return

You can ask to return a product within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Exchange

You can ask to exchange a product within 3 days of receiving your order, for example for another size or colour.

3. How to ask

Use the "Send us a message" form on the Contact page. Please give your order number, the product, and whether you want a return or an exchange, along with a phone number or email we can reply to.

4. What happens next

We will confirm the details of your return or exchange, including any refund, when you contact us. Our Terms of Service also apply.
